To provide a pneumatic tire capable of reducing cavernous resonance while improving driving stability.
The pneumatic tire 1 is provided with a carcass 14 arranged by riding over a pair of bead cores 12, a belt 28 arranged outside the carcass 14 in the tire radial direction, a belt reinforcing layer 30 arranged outside the belt 28 in the tire radial direction and wound along the tire circumferential direction, and a rubber bead filler 22 arranged outside the bead cores 12 in the tire radial direction. The belt reinforcing layer 30 is structured by winding a ribbon-like cord strip, which is formed by integrally coating a plurality of parallel heat contraction organic fiber cords with rubber, with a pitch of 1.2 times or more the width of the cord strip, and hardness of the rubber in at least an upper end of the bead filler 22 is set to 85 or less.
