Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of extending a tire life by discharging the air penetrated in a rubber at the periphery of a belt layer to a tire outside.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire is equipped with: a carcass layer 4 including plural carcass cords loaded between a pair of bead parts 3, 3; belt layers 9A to 9D disposed at the outer peripheral side of the carcass layer 4 in a tread part 1; and an inner liner layer 8 disposed at a tire inner face along the carcass layer 4. A pump structure 10 is formed in the shoulder area of the tread part 1. The pump structure 10 comprises: a fine pore part 11 extending in a tire width direction and communicating with a tire sidewall; a cavity part 12 connected to the tip of the fine pore part 11 and swelling compared thereto; a valve seat part 13 formed in the middle of the fine pore part 11 and swelling compared thereto; and a valve body 14 inserted in the valve seat part 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
