Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire having improved puncture resistance in the sidewall portions of the tire to which the sealant material cannot be applied.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire 10 comprises: puncture prevention members 20 which are disposed on a tire inner surface 10S, and each formed of a protective material layer and an internal pressure holding layer that are laminated in order from a tire inner surface side, and which puncture prevention members are adhered onto the tire inner surface at least at both ends in a tire radial direction; and a sealant layer 30 which has a portion 20 N where the puncture prevention member is not arranged in a range corresponding to a tread portion of a tire inner surface, covers at least two tire radial outer ends 20A of the puncture prevention members, and is disposed between the outer ends the tire radial outer ends.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
