PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make initial responsiveness compatible with grounding performance in a large steering angle.
SOLUTION: When radial length to a breaker layer 7 is made A, the length of a winding part 4 of a carcass 5 is made B, the radial length of a first reinforcing layer 8 is made C, the radial length of a second reinforcing layer 9 is made D, and the radial length of a bead filler 6 is made E on the basis of the radial outside of a bead core 3, this pneumatic tire is constituted in such a way that C/A is 60-75%, D/A is 40-55%, E/A is 20-30%, C-D is 12-20mm, and D-E is 15-20mm.
