To provide the subject device capable of best turn back according to the kind of weft and working parameters by turning back the free end of the weft to be return to a opening with a fluid flow freely blasting in unrestricted directions.
This device has a pneumatic weft turn back device 1 between the right end of the cloth to be woven 11 and a cutter 14 and, in a stage of interweaving wherein a weft 7 is inserted into an opening of warps 16 and applied into an edge 11a of the above mentioned cloth 11, the above mentioned weft 7 is cut with a cutter 14 at exit side of the above mentioned opening and between an aid cloth edge or grip cloth 15 and the above mentioned weft turn back device 1. And then a weft piece 7a, set between the right end of the cloth 11 and a passage 6 by an electrically and freely controllable fluid jet flow 9 preprogramming the jetting direction, is held till turning back into the opening of the warp 16 and is inserted and interwoven into a cloth edge 11a with a next weft 7.
