The point card system has a means of accessing to a store server 20 from the user terminal device 10 and sending member authentication information including a point card number, a means of collating and authenticating the received member authentication information by the store server 20, a means of sending a category of member related information requested for acquisition by the user terminal device 10 after authentication along with the point card number and store specifying information to a point card management server 50, a means of collating and authenticating whether a combination of the point card number and the store specifying information received by the point card management server 50 is a precedently registered one, a means of retrieving the member related information corresponding to the category after authentication and sending it to the store server 20, and a means of sending the received member related information along with store advertisement information by the store server 20 to the user terminal device 10.
