To secure customers and acquire new customers by providing differentiation from point cards of other stores.
A heat sensitive recording layer 22 provided with a point displaying area 22b visually displaying accumulated points P and a message displaying area 22c visually displaying a message to be transmitted to a customer is displayed on a point card 20 issued at a store. A question Q1 prepared by the store asking for a prospect is displayed in the message displaying area 22c, and when the customer answers the question Q1 correctly, preset points are added to the accumulated points P of the point displaying area 22c.
