At first, the member's card ID of a member's card and the electronic money medium ID of an electronic money medium are stored so as to be associated with each other. When receiving the electronic money medium ID and the electronic money use sum, use points to be applied according to the electronic money use sum are managed as the points of the member of the member's card ID stored so as to be associated with the electronic money medium ID. Also, when receiving the electronic money medium ID and the charge sum, the charge points to be applied according to the charge sum are managed as the points of the member of the member's card ID stored so as to be associated with the electronic money medium ID.
