At the time of adjustment, a POS terminal 14 receives the customer ID from the telephone 11, and after recognizing the customer on the basis of the received customer ID, performs adjustment and calculates adding points based on the adjustment. Then the telephone 11 or the server 12 adds the adding points calculated by the terminal 14 to the customer's points accumulated up to now and stores the accumulated number of points.
