To provide a point management device 50 allowing a member, who does not have an information terminal (a personal computer 6 or a cellular phone 7) or who is not good at operating the information terminal, to register as a point member.
The point management device registers a member card ID identified by first member identifying information (member card ID or member ID) included in a first registration request when the point management device receives the first registration request transmitted from a shop terminal (a card unit 20 or a kiosk terminal 30) set in a game parlor. The point management device combines the points corresponding to the member card IDs for different shops together only when the shop corresponding to the member card ID to integrate and the shop corresponding to the member card ID to be integrated belong to the same group.
