A point settlement processing system 10 is configured of: a claim data generation means 110 for receiving the creation request of sales claim data corresponding to a discount sum from a store terminal 200, and for generating and storing sales claim data; an ID notification means 111 for transmitting prescribed ID to the store terminal; and a sales claim deletion means 112 for counting the holding time of the sales claim data, and for receiving a point use request from a customer's terminal until the holding time passes a prescribed time, and for, when the value of the point balance of the customer is a discount value shown by the sales claim data, subtracting the number of points corresponding to the discount sum from the point balance of the customer, and for deleting the held sales claim data.
