When a user 1 purchases a commodity m1 at the A store, a point P1 corresponding the amount of money to be a prescribed rate of the payment price Y1 is added to a point PD1 in stock of the user 1 by the controller 5 (step 2). When Ps part of the point PD1 in stock is used for a part of a purchase price X3 of a commodity m3 at the B store (payment price Y3=X3-Ps), the controller 5 subtracts the used point Ps from the point PD1 in stock of the user 1 (step 3). The user 1 pays the controller 5 for payment prices Y1, Y3 of commodities m1 and m3.
