Abstract:
Provided are a polarizing optically functional film laminate and a polarizing film using same that are capable of increasing the protective function of a polarizing film cut end face in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment and of improving the reliability of the polarizing film. This polarizing optically functional film laminate has: at least a polarizing film including a polarizer and a protective film laminated on at least one side of the polarizer; and a prescribed shape formed by the cut end faces. A coating layer is formed on at least the cut end face of the polarizer, among the cut end faces, said coating layer including, as a first resin component, a resin material component not included in the polarizing optically functional film laminate.
