To provide a polarizing plate set excellent in strength and abrasion resistance, and to provide a liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal display device.
A polarizing plate set for a liquid crystal display comprises: a polarizing plate 20 disposed on one surface side of a liquid crystal cell 40; and a polarizing plate 30 disposed on the other surface side of the liquid crystal cell. The polarizing plate 20 comprises a polarizing film 21 comprising a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin and an outer protective film 25 comprising a transparent resin, which are laminated in that order. The polarizing plate 30 comprises a polarizing film 31 comprising a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin and an outer protective film 35 comprising a transparent resin, which are laminated. At least one of the outer protective film 25 and the outer protective film 35 comprises a polymer crystal satisfying the following conditions (I) and (II). (I) The polymer crystal has a crystallinity of 70% or more; and (II) the polymer crystal has a crystal size of 300 nm or less.
