Abstract:
To provide a pole positioning jig capable of aligning the pole position of a polar anisotropic ring magnet with the pole position of a magnetizing jig, a manufacturing method of a polar anisotropic ring magnet, and a manufacturing method of a rotor using the polar anisotropic ring magnet.SOLUTION: A pole positioning jig 7 of a polar anisotropic ring magnet includes a non-magnetic substrate 8a having a penetrating cylindrical hollow portion 8b; and a plurality of positioning magnets 11. The non-magnetic substrate 8a includes a plurality of through holes 10 that are evenly arranged in the circumferential direction of the hollow portion 8b and pass through in the axial direction, and a slit portion 9 connecting each of the plurality of through holes 10 and the hollow portion 8b, and the plurality of positioning magnets 11 form pairs with different polarities in the axial direction of the hollow portion 8b, and the plurality of pairs are inserted into the through holes 10 with different polarities in the circumferential direction of the hollow portion 8b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
