The polishing agent composition is provided: in which, thanks to choosing a scrubbing agent with an average particle size of 75 μm or larger and setting the viscosity of the composition at 500 Pa s or higher at 25°C, such a state that the scrubbing agent is dispersed homogeneously can be maintained; as a result, the scrubbing effect is not uneven each time of its use even if no stirring is made in its use, and an excellent cleansing effect can be presented as well.
