Title:
POLISHING AND CLEANING SHEET FOR RIGID SURFACE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3810660
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing and cleaning sheet for rigid surfaces which makes it possible to simultaneously obtain good wipability of dirt, water repellence and luster, is extremely low in flawing of the surfaces to be cleaned by the solid particles included in the dirt and is good on operative performance in wiping away the dirt of the rigid surfaces, more particularly the coated surfaces of plastics, glass and automobiles, metals, floor materials, furniture, electrical appliances, or the like.
SOLUTION: This polishing and cleaning sheet for the rigid surfaces is a laminate of a fiber assembly (A) containing 50 to 100 wt.% extremely fine fibers of fineness 0.01 to 1.2 dtex and (B) flexible material containing 50 to 100 wt.% hydrophobic fibers and is impregnated with 1 to 5 pts.wt. liquid polishing detergent containing 0.01 to 10 wt.% water repellent compound and 50 to 99 wt.% water per 1 pt.wt. sheet-like base material of 4 to 15 pts.wt. in the amount of threshold impregnation of its own weight of the material [the ratio (impregnation rate) of the amount of the impregnation of the polishing detergent to be actually impregnated with respect to the amount of the threshold impregnation does not exceed 80%].
