Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform insertion of a polishing tool in a limited space part and to vary the vibration speed of a polishing tool.
CONSTITUTION: An eccentric member 24 having an eccentric pin 26 is fixed on the output shaft 22 of a motor 20, meanwhile, a plurality of holes 42a and 42b are formed in a lever arm 34, and a fulcrum pig 44 erected on a body is inserted through either hole 42a or 42b. The left end part 36 of a lever arm 34 is engaged with an eccentric pin 26 and when a motor 20 is rotated, the lever arm 34 is oscillated centering around the fulcrum pin 44. A polishing tool 100 is mounted on the other end part of the lever arm 34, and the polishing tool 100 is oscillated for polishing.
