Abstract:
To provide a device which can efficiently polish a mountain side face of an angle steel material with a relatively small force while moving in a longer direction thereof.SOLUTION: A polishing device 1 comprises a travel body 2, and a main body 3 supported by the travel body. The travel body 2 comprises magnet wheels 6, 7, 8 which are respectively adsorbed to a mountain side face of an angle steel material, and is movable on the mountain side face in a longer direction by rolling the wheels. The main body 3 comprises: a support frame 14 which coupled to the travel body 2; each one pair of polishing brushes 9, 10 and 11, 12 which are supported by the support frame 14 via swing members 17, 18; a drive unit 13 which is supported by the support frame 14; and a transmission mechanism 16 which transmits rotation of the drive unit 13 to the polishing brushes 9, 10, 11, 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
