CONSTITUTION: A brush part 3 is formed on the one surface of a supporter 2 by planting plural elastic hair shape bodies 3A slanting in an opposite direction mutually along a polishing direction and an abrasive 4 such as a grinding wheel, sand-paper, etc., sliding on workpiece surface 5A is supported by the brush part 3 and the workpiece surface is polished by the reciprocating motion of the supporter 2, while contacting and push-pressing an abrasive 4 to the workpiece surface.
