To increase the moving amount in the direction of a rotational shaft, and the repulsive force in the pipe direction, of an abrasive grinding wheel, by mounting a metallic pedestal and a flange in such manner that the opposite faces thereof are separately opposite to each other, and connecting the opposite faces of the metallic pedestal and the flange by a spring which can be expanded in the axial direction of the rotational shaft.
A polishing grinding wheel 1 is obtained by binding the abrasive grain with an organic binder, and has a shape of disc. The polishing grinding wheel 1 is stacked on one face of a disc-shaped metallic pedestal 2 having an outside diameter same as that of the polishing grinding wheel 1. A rotational shaft 4 is vertically fixed to one face of the disc-shaped flange 3. A driving shaft 5 is fitted to the rotational shaft 4. The flange 3 has a size almost same as that of the metallic pedestal 2, and the opposite face of the same is separately opposite to the opposite face of the metallic pedestal 2. The opposite face of the flange 3 and that of the metallic pedestal 2 are connected by four coil springs 6. The coil springs 6 have the same length and repulsive strength, and the metallic pedestal 2 and the flange 3 are in parallel with each other in a releasing condition of the coil springs.
