Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition which has extremely high weather (light) resistance and suppresses the generation of a volatile organic compound (VOC) from a molded product, particularly the generation amount of formaldehyde, at a low level.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyacetal resin composition which comprises: (A) a polyacetal copolymer having 1.0 mmol/kg or less of a hemiformal terminal group, 2.0 mmol/kg or less of a formyl terminal group and 0.5 wt.% or less of an unstable terminal group; (B) a cyclohexylguanamine; (C) a piperidine derivative having a steric hindrance group in which nitrogen forming a cyclic amine is tertiary nitrogen; (D) a benzotriazole-based compound; and (E) a hindered phenol-based antioxidant. The resin composition further preferably comprises (F) a fatty acid ester and/or a polyalkylene glycol.
