Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition having reduced formaldehyde generation amount while having high rigidity and high toughness.SOLUTION: The polyacetal resin composition contains 100 pts.wt. of a linear polyacetal copolymer having an oxymethylene unit as a main constitutional component and containing an oxyalkylene unit of 0.4 mol% to 0.9 mol% as a percentage in the constitutional composition of the linear polyacetal copolymer as a comonomer unit and 0.1 pts.wt. to 2 pts.wt. of a polyacetal copolymer having a branched or crosslinked structure, which is a copolymer of (b1) trioxane, (b2) a compound having 3 to 4 cyclic ether units in a molecule and (b3) a compound having a cyclic ether unit in a molecule and has Charpy impact strength (notched, 23°C) of 6 kJ/mor more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
