To obtain polyamide woven fabric that has natural color unevenness, excellent dry feeling, smooth touch and water repellency and is useful as sport fabric by subjecting woven fabric of thick and thin continuous polyamide filament yarns to the water repellent finishing.

This woven fabric is produced from polyamide continuous filament yarn that has the thickness unevenness in the longitudinal direction of 5-20% according to the Uster irregularity, the standard deviation of 0.22 g/d or less of the stress at 40% elongation with 5 cm specimen strength and the woven fabric is subjected to the water repellent finishing. The crystallinity of the thick part of the thick and thin polyamide filament yarn is <35% and the difference in crystallinity between the thick and the thin parts is ≥1%. In a preferred embodiment, the thick and thin polyamide continuous filament yarns is a silk yarn of ≤5% stretching elongation.
