Title:
POLYAMIDE FILM LAMINATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3937246
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the high adhesion even when the resin is wet by setting the average grain diameter of grafted polyester particle to a specified value or lower, and setting the half maximum width of the 13C-NMR signal of carbonyl carbon originating from the main chain of polyester to a specified value or higher.
SOLUTION: The half maximum width of the 13C-NMR signal of carbonyl carbon originating from the main chain of polyester of a grafted polyester particle with an average grain diameter of 500nm or smaller, is 300Hz or higher. If the average grain diameter is larger than 500nm, the applied coat strength is reduced. When measuring the 13C-NMR of the water dispersing element of copolymer polyester used in this case, the half maximum width of the signal of carbonyl carbon originating from the main chain of polyester and the half maximum width of the signal of carbonyl carbon originating from the grafted part, in the spectrum obtained by the Fourier transform without applying a weighting function, should preferably be 300Hz or higher and 150Hz or lower respeotively.
