To provide a polyamide resin composition as a material for an automobile radiator that satisfies mechanical characteristics and also has excellent heat resistance and improved chemical resistance to calcium chloride, ethylene glycol or the like, to provide a process for producing the polyamide resin composition and to provide an automobile radiator tank.
The polyamide resin composition is produced by melt kneading a component comprising (1) a polyamide resin having a weight ratio of a polyamide 66 resin to a polyamide 612 resin of 65:35-75:25, (2) a glass fiber having a diameter of 10-12 m and a length of 1-10 mm and coated with a silane binder, (3) a glycidyl reactive compatibilizer, (4) an amine crosslinking agent, (5) a silane crosslinking agent, (6) a phenolic antioxidant, (7) a phosphite antioxidant, (8) an imide hydrolysis-resisting agent and (9) a montan activator.
