Abstract:
To provide a compound capable of inhibiting late necrosis of neurocytes after the onset of cerebral infarction, and capable of reducing the sequelae of senile dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease or the like.
This polyamine amide derivative is a compound having various kinds of substituents and represented by general formula (1), a salt thereof or a solvate thereof. N-cyclohexylmethyl-N'-[1-(1-naphthylacetyl)piperidin-4- ylmethyl]-1,4-butanediamine is exemplified as a preferable example.
