PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. giving a film which has excellent transparency and a low coefficient of static friction, is easily slipping even in the form of a thin-wall article and is easy to handle, by incorporating specified synthetic silica in a polycarbonate resin.

CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate resin (A) having a weight-average MW of 10,000W200,000 such as a resin of the formula [wherein X is a single bond, O, CO, S, a 1W10C (cyclo)alkylane, a 1W10C cycloalkylalkylidene, etc,; R1 is H, a 1W10C alkyl, phenyl, halogen], etc., is blended with 0.01W5wt% synthetic silica (B) having an average particle size of 0.05W20μ and 2.5W3.0wt% hydroxyl groups on its surface, obtd. by heating an org. liquid such as an alcohol and silica gel and causing silicic acid to gel.
