To provide a polycarbonate resin composition which has good transparency and hue and shows less mold contamination during molding, and an optical component obtained by molding the same.SOLUTION: A polycarbonate resin composition contains 0.01-3 pts.mass of polyether diol (B) represented by the following formula (b) with respect to 100 pts.mass of a polycarbonate resin (A).
