Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the tableware made of a polycarbonate having a specific weight-average molecular weight, repeatedly usable over a long period, having excellent stress-cracking resistance to detergent, safety, food resistance and impact resistance and useful for domestic use, service use, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The tableware is made of a polycarbonate having a weight- average molecular weight of 40,000-300,000 (preferably 45,000-65,000) and produced e.g. from diphenyl carbonate and 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane.
