Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide polycrystalline cubic boron nitride abrasive grain which hardly undergoes breakage due to oxidation even when used at a high temp.
CONSTITUTION: The abrasive grain comprises a polycrystalline cubic boron nitride which has a molar ratio of boron to nitrogen of 0.95 or higher and lower than 1.00.
