To provide a polyester-based adhesive composition which is excellent in initial adhesive force, optical characteristics and moisture heat whitening resistance under high temperature and high humidity.SOLUTION: A polyester-based adhesive composition contains a polyester-based resin (A), polyoxyalkylene polyol (B), and a hydrolysis suppressor (C), where a content of the polyoxyalkylene polyol (B) is 0.01-10 pts.wt. with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the polyester-based resin (A).SELECTED DRAWING: None
