To provide polyester decorative plywood of which the surface is processed by a resin not containing styrene having the possibility of a health injury, and its manufacturing method.

The polyester decorative plywood is composed of plywood 3 and the resin layer 5 formed on one side of the plywood, and the resin layer 5 comprises a resin 5a based on a modified unsaturated polyester and a methyl methacrylate monomer and contains no styrene. The resin 5a is applied to the plywood with a predetermined water content under a predetermined temperature and humidity condition. The water content is about 6-15%, the temperature is about 18-30°C and the humidity is about 40-70%. The ratio of the modified unsaturated polyester and the methyl methacrylate monomer in the resin is about 5:5-4:6.
