Title:
POLYESTER FILM AND POLYESTER FILM FOR METAL LAMINATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002069277
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a film for metal lamination which excels in mechanical properties and hardly changes the quality of a laminated metal sheet every under various conditions when subjected to thermocompression bonding on a metal sheet and excels in moldability.

The film is composed of a polyester based resin composition comprising (A) 10-70 wt.% polyester resin whose major component is polyethylene terephthalate, and (B) 90-30 wt.% polyester resin whose major component is polybutylene terephthalate resin or polyester resin whose major component is polyethylene 2,6-naphthalate, and (C) an organic phosphorus (P) compound having one or more P-O bonds, and has two or more melting point peaks in the region of from 180°C to lower than 280°C by a differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) after being left to stand in an atmosphere of ≥280°C for 10 minutes and meets the formula: 1.0≤[P]/[M]≤1,000 {wherein [M] is a metal content(wt.%); and [P] is a phosphorus content (wt.%) in the organic phosphorus compound).
