Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin for toner from which a toner excellent in low temperature fixability and storage stability can be produced even by a chemical method and that is reduced in an environmental load, and to provide a toner.SOLUTION: There are provided a polyester resin for toner which contains polycarbonate diol being a reactant of a mixture containing carbonic diester and alcohol derived from sugar as a structural unit; and a toner containing the polyester resin for toner.SELECTED DRAWING: None
