CONSTITUTION: 100W30 pts.wt. of crystalline polyester A wherein the content of terephthalic acid in an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component is 70W100 mol.%, the content of 1,4-cyclohexane dimenthanol in a diol component is 50W100 mol.%, the heat of fusion of the crystal thereof is 3 cal/g or more and m.p. thereof is 200W310°C is blended with 70W0 pts.wt. of polyester B wherein an acid component consists of therephthalic acid and/or 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid and a glycol component consists of ethylene glycol and/or 1,4-butylene glycol. This composition is subjected to film forming processing and stretching processing to form a film wherein a shrinkage factor in one of longitudinal and lateral directions at 100°C for 5 min is set to 40W90%, that in the other direction is set to 15% or less and haze at 35μm is set to 10% or less.
