Abstract:
To provide a polyethylene-based resin foamed particle that has an excellent appearance and can be used to produce open-cell in-mold foamed molded product that retains the mold shape.SOLUTION: A polyethylene-based resin foamed particle having a mixture of a polyethylene-based resin (A) 60 wt.% or more and 90 wt.% or less having a melt index of 0.1 g/10 min or more and 3.0 g/10 min or less and a polypropylene-based resin (B) 10 wt.% or more and 40 wt.% or less as a base resin and in which, in a DSC curve obtained by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of the polyethylene-based resin foamed particle, the particle has one melting peak derived from the polyethylene-based resin and the open-cell percentage is 10% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
