Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a polyimide film having specific repeating units and exhibiting excellent water resistance, excellent moisture resistance, good dimensional stability and high elasticmodulus CONSTITUTION:A polyimide film having repeating units of formula I and II (X is H, fluorine atom; R is OH, methyl, methoxy, chlorine and fluorine). The repeating unit I/II ratio of formula I and II is preferably 40/60 to 60/40.
