Abstract:
To provide a polyimide film having high colorless transparency and high ultraviolet absorptivity, and a flexible electronic device using the same.SOLUTION: A polyimide is obtained by blending 625 ppm or more and 20,000 ppm or less of zinc oxide particles and/or 750 ppm or more and 20,000 ppm or less of zinc sulfide particles, and 680 ppm or more and 10,000 ppm or less of zirconium oxide particles and/or 1,000 ppm or more and 10,000 ppm or less of zirconium silicate particles, with a colorless polyimide resin.EFFECT: A total addition amount can be suppressed by energizing ultraviolet absorption capability of a zinc oxide with a light diffusion effect by a zirconium compound, and accordingly whitening of a film is suppressed, high transparency is maintained, and UV laser cutting properties are improved. A device having little ultraviolet degradation can be obtained by using the film as a member of a flexible electronic device.SELECTED DRAWING: None
