PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid heat-shrinkable film with superior breaking resistance in a longitudinal direction and a width direction of the polylactic acid heat-shrinkable film, having favorable transparency and low temperature shrinkage characteristics, and in which a main shrinking direction is the longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: The polylactic acid heat-shrinkable film includes at least one layer made of a resin composition including polylactic acid resin as a principal component, and satisfies all of the following requirements (1)-(5). (1) A molar ratio (D-lactic acid:L-lactic acid) of D-lactic acid and L-lactic acid in the polylactic acid resin is 95:5-90:10 or 5:95-10:90. (2) A percentage of heat shrinkage in the longitudinal direction when immersed in hot water of 80°C for 10 seconds is 20% or more and 70% or less. (3) A percentage of heat shrinkage in the width direction when immersed in hot water of 80°C for 10 seconds is -10% or more and 10% or less. (4) An internal haze value of a thickness 40 μm compliant with JIS K7105 is 10% or less. (5) A tensile elongation at break in the longitudinal direction is 100% or more, and a tensile elongation at break in the width direction is 50% or more.
