Abstract:
To provide a polymer blend composition.SOLUTION: The polymer blend composition contains (a) a first constitutional component selected from a group consisting of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer and a propylene/ethylene copolymer, in which the ethylene/α-olefin copolymer has density in a range of 0.857 to 0.902 g/cm, melt index (I) in a range of 0.5 to 30 g/10 min., DSC melting temperature (second heat) in a range of 40 to 99°C, melting heat in a range of 18 to 108 Jg, and crystallinity in a range of 6 to 37 weight percentage, and the propylene/ethylene copolymer has melt flow rate in a range of 1 to 30 g/10 min., DSC melting temperature (second heat) in a range of 55 to 85°C, melting heat in a range of 10 to 40 Jg, and crystallinity in a range of 6 to 21 weight percentage, and less than 40 weight percentage of (b) a second constitutional component containing ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer containing a unit derived from vinyl acetate of 9 to 40 weight percentage, in which the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer has melt index (I) in a range of 0.2 to 20 g/10 min., Δis less than 0.003, Δis an absolute value of difference of refractive index of (a) and (b), and dielectric loss factor of the polymer blend composition is 0.024 or more, for example in a range of 0.024 to 0.15.SELECTED DRAWING: None
