PURPOSE: To obtain a polymer composition containing a specific polymer and a reactive diluent, hardenable by a high energy radiation, flexible, and adhering strongly to the surface of a located substrate, thus useful as a hardening composition for a coating material or the like.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition contains (A) a polymer selected from the group comprising a telechelic polyisobutylene polymer having two or three terminal acrylate groups and a block copolymer having a polyisobutylene intermediate block and a polydiene terminal block carrying a number of acrylate functional groups as a part, (B) a reactive diluent, preferably, (C) a sensitizer of ultraviolet rays and (D) a solvent selected from the group comprising a 6-8C aromatic hydrocarbon, a 5-8C aliphatic hydrocarbon a 1-2C hydrocarbon halide and the mixture thereof.
