A polymer compound comprising a constitutional unit having a group represented by the formula (1):
wherein Ring R 1A and Ring R 2A represent an aromatic hydrocarbon ring or a heterocyclic ring and these rings each optionally have a substituent, nA represents an integer of 0 to 5, nB represents an integer of 1 to 5, L A and L B represent an alkylene group, a cycloalkylene group, an arylene group, a divalent heterocyclic ring group, a group represented by -NR'-, an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, and R' represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or the like, and Q 1 represents a crosslinkable group.
