Abstract:
To provide an electrolyte membrane having high productivity, low price, realizing stable high cell performance by solving problems that membrane performance in electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell having such structure that an electrolyte polymer is filled in pores of a porous substrate is not reflected to cell performance and having large dispersion.
The polymer electrolyte membrane is formed by filling the electrolyte polymer in pores of the porous substrate and forming an electrolyte polymer layer on the surface, and the thickness of the electrolyte polymer layer is 5 μm or less.
