Title:
POLYMER FINE PARTICLE WHICH INHIBITS GENERATION OF GUM OF DECOMPOSED RESIN UPON EXTRUSION MOLDING, ANTIBLOCKING AGENT MASTER BATCH USING THE PARTICLE, AND RESIN FILM PRODUCED USING THE MASTER BATCH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010275356
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide polymer fine particles which are blended with polyolefin resin as an antiblocking agent to inhibit generation of gum of a decomposed resin upon production of a master batch for polyolefin resin film.

The polymer fine particles are organic polymer fine particles which include at least one multifunctional monomer (crosslinking agent) of two or more functionality in a monomer unit constituting a polymer. The polymer fine particles, which inhibits generation of the gum of the decomposed resin at an outlet of an extruder when kneaded with the polyolefin resin using the extruder, is blended to the polyolefin resin to produce the master batch of an antiblocking agent.
