To obtain the subject polymer having specific structure, molecular weight, easily obtainable, manifesting high moisture permeability excellent in tack strength, cohesive power useful for tacky agent, strap having high moisture permeability, drug releasing performance.
The copolymer is expressed in formula (CH2-CR1R2)m-(X)n; {R1 is H, methyl,; R2 is COO[CH2CH(R3)O]pR4; (R3 is H, methyl; R4 is a 6 to 24C alkyl; p is 2to 10); X is an ethylenic monomer containing carboxyl group; m:n in mass ratio is 20 to 90 wt.%.: 1 to 40%}, having molecular weight of 10,000 to 2,000,000. The monomer expressed in formula (CH2-CR1R2)m is preferably, diethyleneglcoloctylether(meth)acrylate, etc., contained in amount of 20 to 90%. The monomer expressed in formula (X), is preferably acrylic acid, methaclylic acid, etc., contained in preferable amount of 1 to 40%.
