Abstract:

PURPOSE: A polymer, obtained by reacting a polyamide resin with a rubber containing active halogen atoms and a polyepoxide compound under heating, and having high rupture resistance.

CONSTITUTION: A polymer obtained by incorporating 1W35pts.wt., preferably 2W 25pts.wt. polyepoxide compound with 100pts.wt. total amount of 99W20wt% polyamide resin, and 1W80wt% rubber having active halogen atoms, preferably chloroprene rubber or chlorosulfonated polyethylene, and reacting them under heating. Nylon 6 or nylon 66, etc. is used as the polyamide resin, and usable carboxylated chloroprene rubber containing the active halogen atoms is that contg. 1W20wt% α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid.
