Abstract:
To provide an amine derivative and/or a cross-linked polymer product thereof that exhibit a solution characteristic advantageous in rheology and inter coat/adhesion and thus is especially suitable for manufacturing a dielectric layer of an electronic device.
The cross-linked polymer product is used for manufacturing the dielectric layer of the electronic device. The cross-linked polymer product is obtained from at least one organic amine derivative capable of forming a cross-linked polymer by itself and/or with at least one multifunctional compound, and/or the cross-linked polymer product is obtained by cross-linking the amine derivative by itself or together with at least one multifunctional compound.
