Abstract:
To provide a polymerizable phosphonic acid-based compound and an adhesive composition having compatibility with a polymerizable compound as a base, an improved adhesiveness to a hydrophilic material or the like and especially excellent adhesiveness and hydrolysis stability.SOLUTION: There is provided a compound represented by the formula (1) or a salt thereof when R2 and/or R3 in the formula is H. As the salt, a salt with a metal atom selected from an alkali metal, a Group 2 to Group 12 element, aluminum, gallium, indium, thallium, tin and lead or an amine salt. (wherein, R1 represents H or a methyl group; R2 and R3 each independently represents an alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, an alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms having a hydroxy group and/or a carboxy group, an aryl group, a vinyl group; n represents an integer of 3 to 18; and m represents an integer of 1 to 3.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
