Abstract:
To obtain a polyol blend which is useful in composing polyurethane foam, enables various kinds of base polyols to be continuously blended and discharged, as it is always kept transportable.
A plurality of flows of different kinds of base polyols are taken out of individual storage tanks and continuously and simultaneously fed to a mixer in a specific proportion and the resultant polyol mixture is discharged into the delivery tank. The base polyols to be sent into the mixer are preferably six kinds at maximum. These different kinds of base polyol preferably have a hydroxyl value of 200-700 and contains at least one of aromatic polyol.
